From the very first month all the way through to your baby's arrival. Our signature side-ruching expands naturally as your bump grows, maintaining a flattering fit at every stage. Most customers wear the same BumpGlow size for their entire pregnancy — no need to buy multiple sizes.

No. We use a substantial cotton blend of at least 180 g/m² that stays fully opaque even when stretched. You can wear our white shirts with complete confidence at every stage of your pregnancy.

Absolutely. While not designed with nursing flaps, the comfortable fit works beautifully for postpartum wear. As your body returns to its pre-pregnancy shape, the side ruching gathers back naturally — so it never looks baggy. Many mothers wear their BumpGlow shirt long after their baby's arrival as a meaningful keepsake of their journey.

Our shirts are made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex. The cotton brings softness and breathability — important throughout pregnancy. The spandex gives just enough stretch to move with your growing bump while recovering its shape beautifully after each wear.

Orders within Germany typically arrive in 3–5 business days. For other EU countries, expect 5–7 business days. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and you'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

We process orders quickly to get your shirt to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, email us at support@bumpglow.de within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once an order has been dispatched, changes aren't possible — but you can return it after it arrives.

Currently we ship within the European Union to ensure the fastest and most reliable service — and all EU shipping is completely free. We're working on expanding to other destinations soon. If your country isn't covered yet, sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we launch in your region.

We ship via DHL. If you're not home, DHL will typically leave a notification card and take your package to a nearby Paketshop or post office. You'll have 7 business days to collect it. You can also set your delivery preferences in advance via the DHL tracking link we send you.

Machine wash cold (30°C) with similar colours. Turn the garment inside out to protect the print. Use a gentle cycle and avoid bleach or fabric softeners — these can affect the print and the fabric's natural stretch over time. Your shirt was made to last.

Our designs are printed using a high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) process that embeds the ink directly into the fabric fibres. With proper care — washing inside out in cold water — the design stays vibrant wash after wash, all the way through your pregnancy and beyond.

Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry — kinder to the fabric and better for the environment. If you need to iron, use a low heat setting with the garment inside out. Never iron directly on the printed design.

We stand behind every shirt we make. If you experience a manufacturing defect or the print fades sooner than expected, contact us at support@bumpglow.de with a photo. We'll arrange a full replacement — no questions asked.

We offer a 30-day return window. If the fit isn't right, return the item for a full refund. We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering — and if you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for maximum comfort as your bump grows.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

We do. For all customers within the EU — including Germany — we provide a free prepaid DHL return label. No cost to you at any point.
