These are the actual flat garment measurements of your BumpGlow shirt. All measurements are in centimeters (cm). Half measurements are taken with the garment laid flat — double them for the full circumference.

How to Measure Yourself
Take all measurements in centimeters for accuracy. Use your pre-pregnancy measurements — our garment is specifically designed to accommodate pregnancy growth.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a comfortable, non-padded bra. Keep the tape level across your back.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — this sits above the bump. This is where the side ruching begins to expand.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Stand with feet together and keep the tape level all the way around.
