Returns Policy

We want you to love every moment with BumpGlow. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simply and quickly.

What can be returned

We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition — returned within 30 days of delivery.

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

How to return

• 1Email us at support@bumpglow.de with your order number and reason for return.
• 2Receive your free label — we'll send a prepaid DHL return label within 24 hours. No cost to you.
• 3Drop off your parcel at any DHL location.
• 4Receive your refund within 5 business days of us receiving your return — back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return your item and place a new order. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the return.

Defective or wrong items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we sincerely apologise. Please email us at support@bumpglow.de with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Your EU rights

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (Widerrufsrecht). Our 30-day policy exceeds this legal requirement. For manufacturing defects, you have a 2-year warranty right under German law (§437 BGB).
